Job Summary

The Locums Recruiter will proactively grow the Locum Tenens service line by partnering with locum agencies to provide qualified physicians and CRNAs for open opportunities with NAPA. This remote position reports to the Senior Manager of Bridgecare and focuses on delivering an exceptional experience for Hospital Chiefs and incoming physicians throughout the vendor management process.Responsibilities

Partner with locum agencies to identify physicians/CRNAs to fill contract openings. Collaborate with vendors to understand market trends and strategies. Engage regional leadership on locum openings and provide timely process updates. Work with Talent Acquisition Managers on regional needs and metrics reporting.Manage the locum/leased process from presentation to placement. Coordinate with internal cross‑functional teams to ensure document and process compliance. Educate site and regional leadership on the locum recruiting process. Interface with locum agencies via the VMS to present clear candidates.Streamline VMS invoicing, confirmation letters, and ensure timely start dates. Follow up with sites and leaders on outstanding presentations and MSO considerations. Provide regional reporting biweekly/monthly on openings and current locums. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.Drive continuous improvement and pursue career advancement opportunities. Qualifications

BS/BA preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience. Experience managing or partnering with a VMS preferred. Healthcare recruitment experience preferred. Proven high‑volume recruiting and candidate tracking within a robust VMS and ATS. Key Skills

Versatile computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Workday, and/or VMS platforms. Ability to work in a rapidly changing, high‑pressure environment. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Effective management of complex internal and external relationships. Excellent time‑management, meeting follow‑up deadlines, and prioritizing multiple competing tasks.Client‑centered mindset and outstanding customer service.
