Key Responsibilities

Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Prepare consolidated financial reports and perform variance/fluctuation analysis

Support and improve the monthly and quarterly close processes

Assist with SEC filings and external reporting requirements

Contribute to M&A integration and system implementation initiatives

Execute ad hoc and recurring projects as business needs evolve

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of public accounting experience (Big Four or large regional firm preferred)

CPA completed or in progress

Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge

Experience with consolidations and variance analysis

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
