They are seeking a Lead HVAC Design Engineer to drive project success, support the sales team, and provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of HVAC systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial projects.

Oversee engineering workflows, project milestones, and technical deliverables to ensure quality and efficiency.

Collaborate with sales, field personnel, and external stakeholders to develop innovative HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.

Prepare detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and equipment sizing to optimize system performance.

Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to produce high-quality mechanical and plumbing system designs.

Conduct thorough QA/QC reviews to ensure compliance with codes, client requirements, and budget constraints.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and energy-efficient HVAC design strategies.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred) or 4+ years of engineering experience in HVAC design.

Professional Engineering (PE) license for Washington and/or Oregon.

Proven leadership experience in project management, design, and team mentorship.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation tools.

Experience designing both mechanical and plumbing systems.

Ability to manage multiple engineering projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget.
