Production Associate - Wire Assembly Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $14.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Assemble wire harnesses and plug components using hand tools and equipment
• Cut, strip, and connect wires according to specifications and instructions
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality and proper function
• Package completed assemblies for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while meeting production goals

Production Associate - Wire Assembly Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
• No high school diploma or prior experience required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive assembly tasks
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for small components
• Ability to stand for extended periods and meet daily production goals

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
