Skilled Nursing Facility. PRN"as needed" - Consistent 4-6 Hours/Week As a

Physical Therapist , you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
