Position Overview We are hiring presentable, ambitious Setter/Closers who can generate opportunities and close deals in the field. This is a door-to-door, full-cycle sales role where you will: Knock doors Set appointments Build rapport with homeowners Close roofing projects You’ll follow a proven script and sales process , but your success ultimately comes down to your drive, consistency, and ability to connect with people .
