Clean Room Production Associate, Tennessee

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Clean Room Production Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent dexterity.

Job Title: Clean Room Production Associate

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Range: $16.00/hr with an additional $2.50/hr shift differential for evening shifts

What's the Job?

Assist with visual inspection, cleaning, packaging, and labeling of products according to customer specifications and company clean room procedures.

Follow established Glove and Gown protocols for Clean Room duties and report any deviations to ensure product non-contamination.

Receive and stage products for manufacturing into the Clean Room while adhering to all procedures.

Maintain cleanliness of tanks, walls, tables, and fixtures in the clean room following established procedures.

Accurately complete required nonconformance reports to ensure precise record-keeping.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or equivalent, or manufacturing experience in a clean room environment.

A minimum of 6 months related work experience.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with great attention to detail.

Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

A willingness to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
