Description:
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced General Laborers for projects located in the Knoxville, TN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

Assist in the rehabilitation of apartments from fire, water, and smoke damage

Roof repairs

Demo of damaged materials

Tear out & dispose of damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinets, and sub-flooring

Remove fire damaged roofing materials and debris

Strip areas down to studs or substructures

Clean soot, debris, and water from surfaces

Set up & maintain containment areas for dust and debris control

Load, haul & dispose of waste

Install temporary supports or protective coverings

Operate a pressure washer

Clean all areas

Maintain pressure washer

Requirements:
Lift up to 75 lbs

Must pass a background check

All PPE

OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
