Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in commercial and institutional building systems to lead project delivery from concept through construction. Candidates must be licensed PEs or have 10+ years of strong technical experience. EIT certification is an acceptable alternative for non-PEs. This role includes design oversight, internal team collaboration, and client-facing responsibilities in a growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical design efforts for commercial and institutional building systems.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical delivery.

Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and contractors.

Mentor junior engineers and support cross-discipline collaboration.

Contribute to business development, proposals, and client strategy as needed.

Requirements

B.S. in Electrical Engineering

PE license strongly preferred OR 10+ years of high-level experience

EIT certification is acceptable for non-PEs

Revit proficiency required

Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills
