Location: Indianapolis, IN 

This role is essential for collaborating with diverse teams and spearheading impactful growth initiatives for the Ascension Indianapolis ministry. Additionally, the position is key in building and nurturing strong relationships with influential physicians and physician groups within the market.

 

What You Will Do:
Direct business development strategic business operations.

Responsibilities:

Organize operations to provide high quality cost effective services.

Responsible for building relationships with physicians, businesses and communities in an effort to establish partnerships and affiliations.

Actively identify conventional and non-conventional growth opportunities that will lead to additional volume and revenue, improving ministry's strategic positioning in the market place.

Design and prioritize the strategic growth opportunities within and across markets with employers, health systems, payers, government entities, brokers, and other key potential clients or strategic partners.

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of services, policies, processes, and programs delivered.

What You Will Need:
Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences:
This candidate should be highly motivated and have some healthcare leadership experience. They must also be proficient in data analysis and leading multidisciplinary teams

 

Master's degree preferred.
