Job Description:

This role will be based at a 250-person chemical manufacturing facility located near Lafayette, IN. You will be a member of a process engineering team doing small capital projects, process optimization and some day-to-day support. The parent company has several facilities throughout the United States and there is a defined advancement plant. The bonus target for this role starts at 5% and within 1-3 years, depending on performance, you will be promoted to a Senior Process Engineer role that has a bonus target of 20%. This company has an excellent relocation policy as well, providing for moving costs, the costs of breaking a lease or selling and home, and a house-hunting trip to the area.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering is required

5+ years of post-college, industry experience

Must have a background in refining, pulp/paper, chemicals manufacturing, foods manufacturing, or something related

Previous PSM experience is a plus
