Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role will be supporting the Division Head of the department to manage heavy calendar appointments and coordination meetings.

 

Job Description

  • Manage complex and high-volume executive calendar scheduling
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper preparation and follow-through
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership (C-suite level)
  • Prepare, edit, and manage documents and presentations
  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in all tasks

 

Skills Required

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive-level roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Access (preferred/plus)

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred.

 

Additional requirements

  • Shift Time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

 

Pay Rate

  • Pay range: $37–$43 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
