You will support customers from the German-speaking market , working fully remotely from Greece.

Your daily responsibilities include
Assisting customers via email, chat, and phone
Advising customers on the correct use of products or services
Analyzing problems and finding suitable solutions

Following up on open cases until they are fully resolved
Requirements
What you bring:
Fluency in German and good English skills
Strong communication abilities
