Automotive Service Advisor
Button CDJR, a proud member of the Chariot Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team. The Service Advisor plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving as the primary liaison between our customers and service technicians.Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and by phone Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Create and manage repair orders with clear, detailed service recommendations Communicate effectively with technicians regarding diagnostics, repair needs, and timelinesProvide service estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines Ensure accuracy of paperwork, billing, and warranty documentation Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely mannerMaintain service records using dealership management systems Qualifications
Previous automotive service advisor experience is required (CDJR experience a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency with computer systems and dealership software Valid driver's license with no major violations in the last 5 years What We Offer
