Call Center Representative, Louisiana

IMMEDIATE OPENING: Miracle-Ear is looking for an experienced call center representative. Outbound calling experience is a MUST! If you have experience in collections or inside sales, this may be the perfect position for you. This person will make outbound calls to set appointments from a database list and manage the schedule for multiple clinics.

Requirements

Inside sales or phone sales experience is a plus

Pleasant, professional and articulate phone voice

Competitive spirit

Strong computer skills (word, excel, internet)

Experience in computerized scheduling of appointments

Ability to multi-task and schedule appointments in a fast paced environment

Strong communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively with the elderly and show empathy when needed

Work with a sense of urgency at all times

Benefits

Pay: $13-$14/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:20am-5:05pm
