/ppThe Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, CNO, COO, CFO, and other senior leaders.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient executive operations, supporting organizational initiatives, and maintaining effective communication across departments.
/ph3Education/Training/Experience/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required/liliAssociates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred/liliMinimum of five (5) years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role required/liliPrior experience supporting executive leadership in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred/liliStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)/liliTyping proficiency of 60+ words per minute preferred/liliDemonstrated ability to compose professional correspondence and manage administrative workflows/li/ulh3Essential Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient daily operations/liliManage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements/liliPrepare, review, and finalize reports, correspondence, and presentations for executive leadership/liliCoordinate Board of Commissioners and committee meetings, including preparation of materials and recording of official minutes/liliMaintain organized, accurate, and confidential records, including contracts and legal documentation/liliServe as a liaison between administration, hospital staff, physicians, Board members, and external stakeholders/liliSupport organizational initiatives and special projects as assigned by executive leadership/liliFacilitate communication and assist in resolving inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner/liliPrepare and distribute Board packets and ensure timely delivery to Board members/liliEnsure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff interactions/li/ulh3Position Details/h3ulliFLSA Status: Exempt/liliReports To: Chief Executive Officer/liliSupervisory Responsibilities: None/li/ul/div
