DRR Law Group is a Boutique, civil litigation defense firm with offices in Nevada and California.

We are in immediate need of a Paralegal with 3-5 years of experience for its Las Vegas office, with work primarily focused on our California cases.

Must have CA case and Medical Malpractice experience

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage attorney calendars, including scheduling hearings, depositions, client meetings, and court deadlines.

·

Accurately docket and track case deadlines in compliance with state and federal rules.

·

Draft, proofread, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and filings.

·

Assist in case management, including organizing and maintaining electronic client files.

·

Communicate frequently with clients, insurance carriers, experts, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner.

·

Conduct legal research and compile information to support case preparation.

·

Propound and respond to discovery, assemble exhibits, and assist with trial preparation.

·

Process records orders and subpoenas through various records retrieval vendors.

·

Support attorneys with additional administrative and legal tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

·

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in Medical Malpractice and Civil Litigation.

·

Knowledge and experience of California courts, legal procedures, court filing systems, and calendaring practices required.

·

Proficiency with legal software Clio, preferred not required.

·

Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

·

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and assignments effectively.

·

Certificate or degree in Paralegal Studies preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Work Schedule:

·

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m.

Compensation is competitive based on experience.
