You will represent corporate debtors and other stakeholders, overseeing all facets of Chapter 11 proceedings, from confirmation to contested matters. The ideal attorney has a J.D., California Bar membership, and at least 2 years of experience in bankruptcy and restructuring. This position offers a competitive salary of $200,000– $350,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and retirement plans.
