Construction Utility Lead

Primary Responsibilities: The construction utility lead is responsible for assisting with providing direction and coordinating activities relating to utility tasks or projects at all facilities. Follow safe work practices Confer with management/department heads to plan and schedule project assignments onsite and at all RoyOMartin facilitiesMonitor trash throughout plants, cleaning/painting of handrails, catwalks, and grounds Give direction and assist with general site maintenance, including grounds maintenance, painting of buildings, cleaning/painting equipment, and operating mobile equipment Job Experience: A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.Required skills, experience, and/or education High school diploma or equivalent Ability to provide support to team members Attention to detail in all areas Flexible and willing to work overtime and weekends when needed Sense of urgency to prepare and complete tasks Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment a plusMinimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience Desired skills, experience, and/or education Degree in engineering or technology Behavioral Skills: Behavioral skills are critical for determining success in a career.
