We're a team of spirited individuals working together to redefine client success.Location: McCook, IL Reports to: Production Supervisor Bindery/Folder Essential Duties&Responsibilities: This position requires operating the Stahl folder equipment on the production floor, during the assigned time frames, to the quality standards established by the Production Supervisor. Set up and operate folder/gluer /tipperCompletion of production paperwork Quality control steps completed accurately Follow job orders and special instructions Adhere to production schedule and quality requirements Keep area neat and clean Perform other duties as directed Reports directly to the Bindery Supervisor Follow all safety procedures and company policiesMust be flexible to work overtime as needed to get the job done Qualifications: Ability to read and write English legibly Must be able to understand and follow instructions Knowledge of and ability to set up and operate all above equipment Must be able to lift 50 pounds Minimum supervision requiredStrong mechanical skills required 2+ years bindery experience desired Regular and predictable attendance is considered an essential part of the job Solid math skills Solid written and verbal communications skills Ability to identify inadequate machine operation and make basic adjustments Comfortable working within a team environmentEducation: High School degree or equivalent trade school training Work Environment/Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours&walk 3 hours Lift up to 50lbs Intermittent bending up to 3 hours. Including: Bending neck Bending waist Twisting waist Intermittent squatting up to 3 hours Repetitive hand movement up to 8 to 12 hours including: Simple grasping, hand manipulation, pushing/pulling Reach above and below shoulder height
