Production Manager– 1st&2nd Shift (2 openings) Our manufacturing client near Newton, IA is hiring Production Managers for both 1st and 2nd shift operations at their heavy manufacturing facility supporting a 225 person fabrication, welding, assembly, and paint related non-union manufacturing setting. Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM– 4:00 PM 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM Monday–Thursday schedule (4 day work weeks) This role is responsible for leading daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, scheduling, employee development, and production performance. Ideal candidates will have: Manufacturing leadership experience Backgrounds in welding, fabrication, assembly, paint, or heavy industrial operations Strong communication and team leadership skills Experience driving accountability and production results This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys being active on the floor, developing people, and helping drive operational success in a growing manufacturing operation.
