We are looking for a hands-on Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations and ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role plays a key part in coordinating teams, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall production performance. Key Responsibilities

Support daily production schedules and ensure materials and equipment are ready Coordinate tasks among production staff to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime Monitor production flow, line performance, and staffing needs Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and GMP standards Identify and escalate any quality, safety, or operational issuesAssist with inventory accuracy and production documentation Collaborate with maintenance for equipment performance and repairs Support training, onboarding, and performance monitoring of team members Step in for the Production Supervisor when needed Requirements
