Position: Customer Service Representative / HVAC DispatcherResponsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls. Schedule service appointments. Dispatch technicians efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service. Handle basic office tasks and data entry. Communicate clearly with customers and team members. Help create a positive experience for every customer interaction.What We're Looking For:
