As an Industrial Engineer at Four Seasons Produce, you'll analyze workflows, optimize operations, and implement solutions that improve productivity, reduce costs, and deliver high-quality results across our warehouse network.
What you get to do
Support the configuration and implementation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Analyze workflows and design processes that improve efficiency, productivity, and quality
Develop and maintain labor standards, time studies, and production metrics
Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI and other tools
Partner with Operations, IT, and warehouse teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements
Lead projects involving WMS, LMS, and material handling equipment
Evaluate new technologies and support continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with facility projects, including warehouse layout and AutoCAD designs
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with labor standards, time studies, and continuous improvement initiatives preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and warehouse management systems
Warehouse, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing experience preferred
Familiarity with WMS, LMS, and RF or voice-directed systems preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
