De-Core Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 16.45 / hour Full Time work available First Shift ( Sunday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm ) Remove sand cores using pneumatic tools, hammers, or vibratory equipment. Inspect castings for remaining sand, defects, or damage. Safely handle hot, heavy, or irregularly shaped parts. Follow work instructions and quality standards.Maintain steady production flow and meet output goals De-Core Operator Qualifications: Must be able to work in a hit environment. Manufacturing or foundry experience is a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding work in a production environment. Willingness to learn and follow detailed work instructions.Ability to safely use basic hand tools and equipment (training provided). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift 50+ lbs regularly.
