Jones Powersports is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor / Writer to join our fast-paced Powersports Service Department. If you enjoy working with customers and have a passion for motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs, this is your opportunity to build a career in the powersports industry.What You'll Be Doing

Greet customers and accurately assess service needs Write repair orders and detailed service estimates Schedule appointments and manage service workflow Communicate clearly with customers on repairs, timelines, and costs Recommend maintenance and additional services Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repairsDeliver a high-quality customer experience every time What We're Looking For

Service advisor/writer experience (powersports or automotive preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized and detail-oriented Proficient in computer systems and dealer management software, with experience using Lightspeed a plusPassion for powersports is a big plus Valid driver's license What We Offer
