shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing account-related transactions. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will be a onsite at the client location. (No Remote) Skills

- Reliability: This is an onsite position (no remote work available) requiring a commitment to the 9am–6pm shift.
