to join our East Shore team. This position will travel to multiple sites, to oversee technicians, assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Depending on certifications, experience, and position. Hours:

Schedule and oversee turnover process of vacant apartments. May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments. Appliance repair. Customer service. Salt / Snow removal duties. Rotating On-Call in Harrisburg area. May be eligible for an on-call bonus! Requirements:
