Welder Details: Temporary position $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm) Perform welding and fabrication of aluminum, carbon, and stainless-steel components in a truck manufacturing environment.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to complete assemblies accurately. Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and measuring tools safely and efficiently. Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces throughout the shift. Lift, carry, push, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.Maintain strong hand-eye coordination and close vision for precision welding and assembly work. Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow and production goals are met. Perform basic preventative maintenance and housekeeping of welding equipment and work areas.Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs Welder Qualifications: Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred. Ability to weld aluminum, carbon, and stainless steel. Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, and engineering drawings. Experience operating welding, cutting, and grinding equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a physically demanding environment throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
