In this role, you will be responsible for operating press equipment to produce high-quality tile products, ensuring materials are prepared, processed, and inspected according to specifications.This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment that requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with machinery, performing repetitive tasks, and maintaining high standards in a manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

Operate press machinery to produce tile products according to specifications Set up and program equipment for raw material mixing and processing Weigh, mix, and distribute materials into molds accurately Prepare molds, apply finishing materials, and remove finished products Trim, inspect, and stack finished goods according to quality standardsLabel and track inventory using appropriate documentation Quality Assurance

Perform ongoing visual inspections to identify defects Measure and verify product thickness and dimensions Ensure all products meet company quality standards throughout the production process Equipment&Maintenance

Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance Clean and maintain presses, mixers, and surrounding work areas Report equipment issues promptly to maintenance and leadership Additional Duties

Cross-train in other production areas to support operational needs Enter production data and review work orders using basic computer systems Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols Assist in developing SOPs and production documentation as needed Qualifications
