Armed Security Field Supervisor

KRE Security is seeking a motivated and dependable Armed Security Field Supervisor to support and lead field operations across multiple client sites. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced security professionals looking to step into a leadership role while working a consistent four-day schedule with three days off each week. You'll play a key role in supporting officers in the field, ensuring operational standards are met, and helping maintain strong client relationships across assigned locations. As a Field Supervisor, you'll be trusted to handle a variety of responsibilities including site support, officer coaching, incident response, and operational oversight. A company vehicle is provided, allowing you to move efficiently between sites while staying fully supported by management. If you're reliable, take initiative, communicate well under pressure, and are ready to grow into a leadership-focused role, this position offers both responsibility and opportunity.What You'll Do Lead and support security officers across multiple client sites Conduct site visits to ensure proper coverage, quality, and compliance Train, coach, and mentor field personnel Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation Serve as a key communication link between field staff and managementRespond to incidents and assist with resolving on-site challenges Ensure officers maintain professionalism, appearance, and performance standards Assist with shift coverage and operational support when needed What You Bring Previous security experience required Supervisory or leadership experience preferredACT 235 certification or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe Law enforcement or military background is a plus, but not required Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to adapt to changing operational needs and work independentlyProfessional demeanor and strong problem-solving ability Compensation&Benefits Pay: $23–$25/hour based on experience Direct Deposit: Bi-weekly pay Company vehicle provided Paid uniforms Paid training Paid holidays Veterans pay differential Benefits 401(k) Plan Up to 40 hours of PTO per year PTO begins after a 60-day waiting period PTO payout available upon resignation with proper noticeMedical, dental, and vision coverage available Why Join KRE Security?
