divh2Machine Operator/h2pPay: $19-21/hr./pp2nd Shift: Mon-Fri (3pm to 11pm)/ppRequirements:/pulliMechanically inclined and ability to read a tape measure to 1/16/liliExperience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment/liliAbility to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance of a hoist; up to 50 pounds without assistance/liliAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, and use hands/liliComputer operation skill: Moderate/li/ulpJob Details:/pulliOperate slitter efficiently and productively against set goals./liliLoading and unloading of rolls on slitter./liliInterpret and understand written information, (orders, SOPs, Lam. and print roll tickets etc.)/liliPalletization, (building pallets of finished goods per customer specifications)/liliBagging of finished rolls./liliQuality checks slit material ulliLay flat/measurement of slit web/liliPrint quality/print defects/liliRoll/web tension and integrity/li/ul/liliEnter accurate information into computer and on production forms./liliPrint out and attach accurate labels to finished rolls./liliKeep machine and surrounding area safe and clean./liliSpot and determine visual defects./liliCut out defects and splice together good material./liliComplete tasks in adequate time limits, as to meet press daily goal and schedule needs./liliSOPs may cover the area of (but are not limited to): ulliEmployee Health
