In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a critical part in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently to meet our organizational goals and customer demands./pulliOperate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and specifications/liliPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity/liliInspect finished products for quality defects and ensure compliance with quality standards/liliOrganize and maintain accurate production records and documentation/liliIdentify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly/liliFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment/liliCollaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines/liliAnalyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements/liliLoad and unload materials using appropriate equipment and techniques/liliParticipate in onboarding and training programs to develop technical skill sets/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliProven experience operating production equipment in a manufacturing environment/liliStrong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions/liliExcellent organizational and time management skills/liliAbility to analyze production metrics and troubleshoot basic equipment issues/liliPhysical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods/liliProficiency in reading blueprints, gauges, and production specifications/liliReliable attendance and punctuality/liliPreferred: OSHA safety certification/liliPreferred: Forklift certification/liliPreferred: Experience with inventory management systems/liliPreferred: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles/li/ul/div
