Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a candidate for a W2 contract or a C2C opportunity in Lansing, MI. This role has the potential to extend over multiple years, with the chance to transition to a direct hire position with our client. 8-11 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Relies on experience, judgment, and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Serve as an advanced information technology programmer/analyst and technical resource in the Eligibility Area.

Provide development environment support, production support, batch jobs support, evaluate possible solutions, develop alternative solutions, recommend technical modifications, and design, develop, and maintain applications across multiple platforms with experience/understanding of agile processes.

Utilize web development technologies using .NET and JAVA for the CDC I-Billing, CCAC, and Bridges project and upgrade technologies as needed.

Responsible for the development and maintenance of portions of other related processes in the Client Support area that support the Department of Health & Human Services, which may include reports associated with those processes.

Develop documentation in all areas under their own responsibility, including navigation, data storage, data retrieval, data validation, data manipulation, printing, and other processes.

Support the CDC I-Billing, a web application that CDC providers use to submit their billing information. This includes the CCAC (Childcare Attendance Certification) used by client central office to validate billing information submitted by providers and to assist providers' production-related requests. These are separate .Net projects requiring technical .Net 4.8 with C#, and Oracle database skills.
