Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Consolidate and analyze software asset data to identify rationalization opportunities and evaluate product portfolios for optimization.

This individual would serve as a go-to for pulling data from all relevant sources into the tool/templates. ServiceNow, Discovery Tools, Lean/CE Way data, and financial information.

Goal/Metric Tracking:

Assistance in maintaining metrics essential for accurate reporting to management on this initiative.

Skills:

Experience in data analysis and reporting

Proficiency in all Microsoft office productivity products, including excel

Basic understanding of application architecture and IT infrastructure

General understanding of Software Asset Management concepts

Excellent collaborative skills

Ability work on multiple activities simultaneously

Experience in working in a team environment with responsibilities that are time sensitive
