Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Labor Relations to ensure prompt input of all required payroll information for Craft Professionals into project timekeeping and payroll systems.
Perform data entry including new hire information, terminations, rate changes, and classification updates.
Support onboarding of project new hires, including site badging for all personnel.
Verify daily craft attendance using the electronic timekeeping system (eTrack).
Review, balance (reconcile), and export daily time records for craft employees.
Handle replacement badging and perform time clock maintenance/troubleshooting.
Create and distribute daily/weekly reports such as force reports, attendance infractions, and timesheet completion reports.
Sort, validate, and distribute weekly craft payroll checks and direct deposit slips.
Process requests for time off and daily call-ins for craft employees.
Maintain craft employee files, including scanning for records retention.
Maintain crew timesheets as directed by construction supervision.
Perform gate watch (badge scanning) for personnel at the project site.
Provide payroll-related customer service to craft professionals.
Perform other related activities as assigned by the Chief Timekeeper or Project Finance and Accounting Manager.

Skills:

Education/Experience:

1–2 years of timekeeping and/or payroll experience
Bilingual Spanish and English
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
