Creative Designer

We're seeking a creative designer to help shape innovative products and packaging experiences from concept to completion. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and design to develop visually compelling, customer-focused solutions that support both product strategy and brand growth.Responsibilities/skills: Conduct market, consumer, and trend research to support product and packaging direction Turn concepts and business needs into functional, visually engaging product solutions Create sketches, concept renderings, mockups, and production-ready 3D models Develop packaging and product ideas that align with customer needs and market opportunitiesBuild CAD models and assist with prototype development and tooling updates Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine concepts and move projects through development Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas Prepare presentation materials for internal reviews and customer-facing meetingsProduce physical prototypes and 3D printed models for evaluation and testing Track project updates and maintain organized design documentation Travel domestically as needed (up to 15%) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in industrial design, product design, or a related discipline Experience contributing to product design and development initiativesExperience with CAD platforms such as SolidWorks Hands-on experience with prototyping methods such as 3D printing, fabrication, or CNC processes Strong understanding of user-focused design principles and trend analysis Ability to communicate ideas visually through sketching and concept developmentExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator Exposure to NX or similar modeling software Candidates should include a portfolio link or work samples with their application
