Salary Range: $43,000 - $63,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Delta Township that are seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming raw materials and components.
Prepare and package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate material handling equipment.
Maintain organized inventory in the warehouse, including cycle counting and discrepancy resolution.
Operate forklifts and other equipment in accordance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
Process shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading and packing slips.
Recommended Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management and transaction processing
Demonstrated ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory records and shipping documentation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
Forklift certification with experience operating in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in using barcode scanning equipment and related software.
Familiarity with quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing materials.
