Warehouse Associate
Shift 8 am-4:30 pm.
Education, knowledge or skill requirements: Must have 1 year experience in Quality, Auditing or Receiving Must have a keen eye for detail, specifically numbers.
Accuracy is essential.
RF Scanner experience beneficial Needs to be proficient with computers, and willing to learn new systems Excellent communication skills emails, written, verbal coworkers, leadership and customers Familiar with 5-S and other organizational process
Summary of essential job functions: Confirm that all customer products are received with the proper documentation Enter Packing List and/or Bill of Lading information into C-Core and Solidat software systems Print and affix labels to product for accurate recording Ensure that all 3 labels match (Manufacturer, C-Core, and Solidat) Communicate all paperwork inconstancies immediately with a Supervisor Perform process audits, and participate in updating the process to ensure the most efficient results Implement organization and cleanliness in assigned areas Follow all handbook and safety guidelines
Abilities Required: Willingness to work overtime on short notice Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift, lunch and breaks will be provided Ability to lift up to 5-10 pounds on occasion Must be a team player, and work well with or without direct supervision
