The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in DeWitt that are seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming raw materials and finished goods.
Prepare and package outgoing products, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for shipment.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain organized inventory in the warehouse, including cycle counting and discrepancy resolution.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
Load and unload trucks, verifying contents against manifests and bills of lading.
Perform routine checks and maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Recommended Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
Proficient in using forklifts and pallet jacks with valid certification (or ability to obtain)
Experience with inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Bonus Qualifications
Experience operating a forklift, particularly a stand-up reach truck.
Proficient in using an ERP system for inventory management (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to perform basic data entry and navigate shipping software (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip).
