As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Hanlin - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
