Job Title: Remote Operations Consultant

Hourly Pay: $55 - $95/hour

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Consultant to work closely with organizations and help streamline their business processes. As an expert in operations management, you will assess the effectiveness of existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize efficiency and drive business success. If you have experience in process improvement, cost reduction, and operational strategy, this role is ideal for you.

Job Responsibilities

Assess client operations, including supply chain, production, and workflow management

Identify inefficiencies in current business operations and propose solutions to improve performance

Analyze existing processes and provide recommendations for cost reduction, quality improvement, and time optimization

Develop and implement strategies that improve productivity, reduce waste, and streamline operations

Conduct operational audits and prepare detailed reports to guide strategic decision-making

Collaborate with clients to design and implement new operational workflows and systems

Work closely with leadership teams to ensure operational changes align with business objectives

Monitor progress of implemented strategies and adjust as needed to achieve desired outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred)

4+ years of experience in operations consulting or business operations management

Strong understanding of process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction strategies

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement operational changes

Experience with process mapping, workflow automation, and ERP systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
