ulliStrong call handling performance as measured by the Call Availability Report (CAR).
/liliHigh performance of fleets that are assigned.
/liliBe recognized by team, peers, and drivers as a key supporter.
/liliDemonstrate great customer service with drivers.

ulliActs as an extension of Fleet Supervisor of fleets assigned.
/liliCommunicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity.
/liliAccurately enters information into company computer systems.
/liliEscalates problems per escalations guidelines.
/liliWorks with team members to solve problems.
/liliProvides clear work instructions to drivers.
/liliDemonstrates high resource utilization.
/liliAbility to successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

ulliHigh School Diploma or GED.
/liliStrong customer service skills.
/liliBasic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
/liliCompetent user of MS Office.
