Supported by more than 30,000 team members, BayCare promotes a forward-thinking philosophy built on trust, dignity, respect, responsibility, and clinical excellence.Role Overview The Registrar is responsible for any of the following: Registration Customer Service Insurance Verification Financial Counseling Scheduling Bed Control Cashier Reception The Registrar must also demonstrate proficiency in at least three of these modalities (one must be Registration) within 6 months of hire and complete additional modalities within the department which may qualify the team member for career advancement (Registrar Career Ladder). Additionally, Registrars may be required to rotate shift periodically and take call.
