This position requires: US Government Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Security Clearance Day 1. What You Will Do: Help define the integration and test environment (both manual and automated testing) for a hardware and software integrated system.Manage, develop, and execute automated test plan for a hardware and software integrated system to include system-level testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional team members (hardware and software engineers) to ensure system compatibility and performance.Decompose interface requirements and architecture to support integration and test activities. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product performance and features. Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders to align on project milestones and deliverables.Qualifications You Must Have: Experience with DoD systems engineering processes, Technical Reviews and Audits, and MIL-STD compliance. Demonstrated ability to create verification plans, conduct test procedures, and manage requirement traceability matrices (e.g., in IBM DOORS, Cameo) to ensure system compliance.Proven experience in designing, conducting, and documenting IV&V activities, including hardware-in-the-loop (HITL), software testing, and performance evaluation. Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
