Crew Member, Alamogordo

TITLE: Team Member
REPORTS TO: General Manager
PURPOSE: To provide Quality Food, Fast and Friendly
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide customers with Wow!
Hospitality
2. Meet or Exceed Speed of Service Standards
3. Serve Hot/Fresh Quality Product
4. Maintain Crystal Clean Customer View & Work Area
5. Follow all Food and Personal Safety Procedures
6. Replenish and rotate supplies.
7. Keep the lot, lobby, kitchen counters and restrooms clean.
8. Operate in accordance with established performance and operating standards as set out in the OSM and Team Member Handbook.
9. Arrive for work on time on those days designated on the schedule.
10. Be dressed in a clean and proper uniform.
11. Perform such other duties, as directed by the manager.
12. Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
Pay Rate: $12 / hour
