Title Searcher Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Conduct thorough searches of public records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and tax records.
• Review property legal descriptions, chain of title, and ownership history.
• Identify potential title issues and prepare clear, accurate reports.
• Collaborate with title officers, escrow agents, lenders, and real estate professionals.
• Maintain organized documentation and track search progress.
• Communicate findings professionally and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Support additional administrative or research tasks as needed.

Title Searcher Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents and property records.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, online databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in title, real estate, or banking is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
