Overview

Priority1, Inc. is hiring Territory Managers for the Chicago market to drive new business acquisition in B2B logistics. Candidates will sell logistics solutions across LTL, truckload, air freight, and warehouse services and will have the opportunity to advance to Senior Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager roles.Responsibilities

Prospect new business and engage in B2B door‑to‑door cold calling. Generate leads and use CRM to track all sales activity. Sell and set up new accounts while managing the accounts you acquire. Build relationships with executive‑level decision makers such as owners, CEOs, CFOs, presidents, and VPs.Participate in Quick Start and ongoing training programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge. Qualifications

3‑5 years of freight sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred; business, marketing, or communication majors welcomed. Involvement in campus activities, especially athletics, is highly recommended. Natural enthusiasm, high energy, polished and professional appearance. Strong team‑player attitude and desire to succeed.Compensation&Benefits

60K base salary + uncapped commission. $500 monthly car allowance and reimbursement for gas receipts. Medical insurance fully covered for employee and dependents. Dental, vision, HSA with employer contributions, and life insurance.
