As a team member of the Stephen Couvillon State Farm Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships as a front office customer service representative involving insurance-related office duties.
You will promote and service State Farm products such as Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life and Business for new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships both over the phone and in person.
Proactively follow up with customers as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service tasks can include answering phones and greeting/helping walk-ins, taking and contacting customers for payments, responding to inquiries regarding insurance coverages, making policy changes, claim submissions/assistance, billing clarification and other miscellaneous customer requests.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
