HVAC Installation Field Supervisor
Mountain Home Services is seeking a highly accountable and field-driven HVAC Installation Field Supervisor to oversee installation quality, job site execution, callback reduction, and warranty performance across our residential installation department. This role is responsible for maintaining installation standards through consistent field audits, technician coaching, quality control inspections, and operational accountability. The ideal candidate is a respected HVAC installation leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, holds high standards, and leads from the field-not behind a desk. The Installation Field Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring every project is installed safely, professionally, efficiently, and according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.We are building an installation department centered around professionalism, craftsmanship, accountability, and customer experience. Conduct daily field inspections on active and completed HVAC installation projects Verify installations meet company workmanship standards, local code requirements, and manufacturer specifications Inspect system startup procedures, airflow, duct modifications, refrigerant charging, drain systems, electrical connections, and overall installation qualityIdentify deficiencies and implement corrective actions immediately Own and actively reduce installation-related callbacks Oversee and manage warranty-related install corrections and manufacturer warranty concerns Perform scheduled and random job site visits throughout the installation process Train and mentor installation technicians on proper installation procedures and best practicesHold installation teams accountable to quality and performance expectations Assist in resolving installation-related customer concerns and escalations Collaborate closely with install managers, dispatch, warehouse, and operations leadership What Success Looks Like Reduced installation callbacks and warranty claimsConsistent installation quality across all crews Improved installer development and accountability Higher customer satisfaction and cleaner job sites Strong adherence to installation standards and processes Improved operational efficiency and profitability
